I believe it was announced that troops would be withdrawn this year some time back.
Brown can profit by claiming labour have a new policy, when it was planned anyway.
Wait and see what happens if Iran is next.
He will also gain popularity by stopping other things like HIPs. |

Scotland Kicked him Out.
The UK Public were also due to be able to Vote on €urope
But Brown knows full well he would not get the vote he wants
so he has gone back on HIS word. |
