Now the Builders/Backers
of the New Walmart Project
are looking into the Markets
853 flats need to be sold.

Maybe they should increase
the amount, making many more small flats
that will sell faster.

Reported in the Argus
now the company that is involved in Shoreham Airport
wants a Ice rink and 11,000 seater Concert Hall
all in Black Rock!
Crazy idea ,only Housing will win the Contracts
in this Walmart Deal.

Now the Council claims
the two towers (Flats & Hotel) are too close to each other.
They are under two companies as well.

Meanwhile both companies are talking a deal.

There's a very bad taste joke there, if only I could think of one

Oops don't know why that got posted twice. Sorry

They are going to put a Primary School
within the new plans of the New Marina.

This is how Asda treats staff who stand up to absurd customers.

Imagine trying to keep those windows clean!

Sure
but you know very well how rough the Sea gets
in the Black Rock area.
It will have to be a good Built Block.

We are an island after all. We can get our very own orbit of hotels all along the coast-line.

I have stayed in many hotels where the sea comes right up to the building except most of these have been on nice med islands with the warm sea lapping rocks rather than the english channel crashing up against a concrete breakwater!

No other Hotel
is ON the sea like this will be.

Marina Shopping area and bars
as well as Walmart Clothes Floor.

You are wrong as The big change is
the current Walmart Asda store plot with be more homes,
and Walmart UK want a Bigger & Better store (with a brand new road)
to beat the German Aldi and Lidl stores.

This was all on ITV Local TV News, today.

What tourists will be enticed to coem all the way to the "Marina" hotel so that they can then go shopping in Walmart? Or eat out at some sort of Happy Eater. I should be surprised if the tower etc goes ahead, let alone this hotel.

It is a Great Design
on the the new land extension to be built.

The Hotel is a Unique Project
that will bring in Tourists.
The Marina shopping and the Bigger Better Walmart
are all for it.

As long as they have their gumboots on and are wearing their sou'westers I suppose it cannot matter much. I'd hate to have to try and bring back the shopping though. Unless you have it in a water tight container it is not likely to get to the hotel without being saturated.

Bliss? Holed up in a gale with a Walmart nearby! Can't see tourists flocking to that.

Of Todays Argus
shows the update for a Hotel On The Sea
on the Black Rock site just before the Tower.
Also a New Bridge is planned for walkers
so they will no longer have to navigate through tunnels.

A big Boost for Tourism
with a Hotel On the Sea.
Bliss.

Walmart do a top end range
the Food Company that makes that top end range
also supply M&S.

Same with the Clothes same Cotton supplys - M&S gets much of there clothes
from the same China Factory.

I do enjoy Quality Tea
at the best price on London Roads Greggs.

long time no see Posted - 05/02/2008 : 21:39:01
Walmart now sell the same as M&S
as well as the best prices.

This whole Project is linked to a New Bigger Better Walmart.

The current situation at the Marina is rather strange when you think about it.

High priced housing.
Mixture of high and low cost food outlets and entertainment.
Chav city supermarket.
At least it allows the cheeky Chavs to case the well off living quarters so they can pop back later.

Perhaps the new uber-state Fortress Marina should replace ASDA with upmarket Marks & Spencer or Fortnam and Mason.

Welcome sign to read....

You are now entering a Chav Free Zone
NO Shell suits or Burberry
NO visible thong or expanded belly
NO Pitbulls
NO NICKING HERE
Proof of earnings over £70K p.a. required
etc.....

Infra Struture
will work due to a new road.

Infra-structure, especially in an urban environment, is more then just a new road LTNS.
