Of Course the US Army could never have this in a Normal Civil Court. This is because they Broke Every Legal Rule to get the statements.
When they put these to Death Maybe the Van with the Nuke will be used in America.

Posted - 12/02/2008 : 12:25:22 under the "American"constitution it does not matter if they are abroad,they are on what is classed as American soil;(albeit in Cuba,Embassies and consulates as well as military installations of country "A" in country "B" are regarded by both countries in diplomatic terms as country "A"s satellite property |
