My Wife who is 72 years of age dances 4/5 times a week works 6 mornings per week(someone has to keep me in the fashion Im used to)I would defy anyone to say first She looks her age 2nd that she is not fit,she runs rings round me;she does my cleaning 2 times per week(at a reasonable rate(Oh we only live separate due to my Birds,of the feathered variety)
