"He" - Junta
and Bush should shut up his gob.

The Junta LTNS ... The Junta ... it is a mass noun sweetheart. It means a group of military officers ruling a country after seizing power. Or, a council or small legislative body in a government, especially in Central or South America.

However in this case definition number one applies.

One Big problem with Burma
is Bush has said he wants the leader Changed.
How can Burma Trust America?

Of Course Burma well not allow anyone in
he fears his life is in danger from America
due to the way Bush speaks.

Of course China is Open
they are nothing like Burma.

The Chinese government is being open to reports/reporters and has even asked for aid whereas the Junta has been actively obstructive in allowing aid to reach its people.
