Here we go again. It seems that the Scouts Association won't allow an eight year old boy to join the Cub Scouts because he will not pledge allegience to HM the Queen. More religious bigotry ???

More like rampant republicanism. What happens if her son decides to join the military when he's older, will she refuse to let him swear allegiance to the Queen then? Stupid woman..........

Parents should refrain from enforcing their own bigotry on their children! And, probably more to the point, parents should never use their children to 'score' political (with a small 'p' in this case) points!
