Is Blair here in the USA fishing for the Job?
Blair expressed gratitude for the role Bush has played in world affairs since he came into office, less than a year before the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
"You have been a strong leader at a time when the world needed strong leadership," Blair said. "You've been unyielding and unflinching and determined in the fight we faced together. And I thank you for that."
