For Civil Liberties
Pubs should start the Ban Early
they have a 100 days or so until it comes in.

This is a Health Issue
and it makes Good Sense.

If people want to smoke let them.
The less people smoke the less tax the governement get which has to be raised from elsewhere. It also means fewer jobs.

SMOKE, BE HAPPY.
DRINK, BE HAPPY.
F*CK THE HEALTH POLICE!

I believe the more "Smoking "is ostracised the more people will smoke! I believe "For every drop of rain that falls" For petes sake it does not matter if you are going to smoke you WILL SMOKE, when are the government going to realise that?

It is very true
that many kids
follow their parents on smoking.

Or even Grand Parents.

Ash director Deborah Arnott said:
"Smoking is a habit which is passed down
from generation to generation
and this pattern can
only be broken by fresh thinking
and a comprehensive cross-government strategy."

Smoking is so out of Fashion.
And it is sad
that more Poor folks
Smoke so much.

Sign Of The Times.

Which Uni are you going to BiH?
Borninhove Posted - 26/05/2008 : 13:13:23
I am going to give up smoking. With cigarettes costing ten times what I pay here in Arabia in the UK and me being a penniless student again I will have to bid a fond farewell to the wicked weed. I cannot afford to keep smoking in EvilBrown Britain. FACT!

(Unless, of course, I can hook up with someone who takes a van across the channel once in a while and comes back stocked up with cut-price gaspers - Nudge, nudge!)

Ministers are anxious
to cut the number
of teenage smokers,
with figures showing
that more than
80 per cent of adult smokers
started in their teens

Seems that sales of cigarettes will go up again this summer even if the overall trend is down.

Today, an elderly lady patient whose son was unable to visit (and unable to take her outside in a wheelchair for her once-a-day 3 puffs at a cigarette) was wheeled outside by a young nursing auxiliary with permission from the then senior nurse-in-charge, to partake of the tiny bit of nicotine. (She has refused patches- and rightly so, as there`s no patch with a small enough dose to equate with her habit!) Another `esteemed colleague`, when she later heard of this, put the fear of God into this young NA, telling her she could face disciplinary action by the hospital trust...
Fucking Jobsworth, I said I`d take the patient next time, and be happy if they suspend me awhile...

100% with you on that Fluffy.
