Simply as an academic exercise what would happen if there was a mass boycot of an election, say like everyone refused to vote or they all ruined the ballot papers. Besides the general moaning nothing is ever done, only the threat of action seems to merit any respose from our self styled political ELITE. I almost returned my breakfast one day hearing Blair say MPs where the best the country had.......
