watch central london public transport costs soar;I feel sorry for the poor london tax payer,screwed again.What is the betting that the cost will not be 16 billion but more like 43billion quid

Although some of this is Above ground
much of the central connection has got to go underground
in New Dug out tunnels.
That is why Big Delays - Money Problems
are going to happen.
