Red Ken has approved the 16billion pound overhead london rail link,
watch central london public transport costs soar;I feel sorry for the poor london tax payer,screwed again.What is the betting that the cost will not be 16 billion but more like 43billion quid |

Although some of this is Above ground
much of the central connection has got to go underground
in New Dug out tunnels.
That is why Big Delays - Money Problems
are going to happen.
