quote:It will no longer be an offence to loiter, or solicit, for the purposes of prostitution unless a person does so persistently. Persistent is defined as loitering on “two or more occasions in any three-month period”. Even those convicted of persistent loitering will no longer face a fine or other penalty, but could be forced to meet a supervisor in an effort to rehabilitate them.
What is the matter with these people for crying out loud. Talk about moralising nitwits! Legalise the dratted profession and that way you can really get to grips with those who are exploited and leave the ones that are content to live their lives in sexual procurement get on with it.

Particularly in relation to regulating the health/disease aspect- and that was years before we`d heard of Aids.
