Yoko Ono has risked the ire of Bodfish and his mates by calling Brighton a "town".
But perhaps if they had recognised that sense, they would not have been duly brought down to earth. Let us hope that the new Council is more in tune with the residents - and does something for Portslade.
Crawley is a soulless heap; always has been. I really hope Brighton doesn't come to be like it, although with some of the buildings going up (near the clock tower, George St tesco, etc) who can tell.
BTW - who is this Bodfish person referred to in the title of this post?
Was the Bodfish a hybrid of mammal and amphibian which roamed hereabouts in some earlier era. Apparently its favourite food was something called the quango. The Bodfish would travel long distances to sit around and enjoy one of those.
