I notice for the first time today that the new permits/pay and display signs have gone up /been uncovered along union road. one sole "not designed for sleeping but had a chimney on it" van was driving round in circles looking for a "free" spot then decided to travel off.
No more congestion caused by the inability to get round large vehicles now then!
Wonder if you can have a residents permit sent to the "Big blue van with the grafitti on the side, and the spider plant & dreamcatcher in the window".
