I have finally been able to get hold of a copy of the original LP of the Concerto for Group and Orchestra by Deep Purple and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Malcolm Arnold in 1969.

Trouble is it is all in one track. Now if there is any of you beautiful knowledgeable people out there who can split the tracks for me, I'll buy you dinner ... or lunch or even breakfast if you prefer.

My Deep Purple collection is almost complete!

Hmmmmm. I can do without the Deep Purple, but it is a pity the late Malcom Arnold isn't appreciated as much as he should be. Listen to the score of the 1964 movie "The Chalk Garden" (with Deborah Kerr and Hayley Mills)
