Legal Aid has not been granted to the families of yhose killed in a Hercules crash.

Once again the system lets down those who support this country.
How much has been spent on Legal Aid defending terrorists and the like who are only here to preach hatred of this country?

That is sooo very wrong. Oh I daresay that legally they may well have a case for turning the families down for legal aid but morally????? ethically?????

| It does make you wonder if the "Honour" of serving your country is worth it these days. There is a great amount of good but when you see the influx of ungratefuls, not too mention many home grown ones and the idiot chav race that is growing, it would make me thing long and hard if I had my time again. |

I do see your point here DaveB. I said it somewhere else here, but I`ll gladly say it again now. Our Society`s perception of what a `Hero` is is sadly, badly, tainted by our `celebrity` culture.
You refer to `ungratefuls`, the home-grown ones, and the idiot chav race. BUT, is it really their fault? Too many folks are being brainwashed by the media to hero-worship a load of Utter Rubbish.
LTNS thinks himself politically aware, yet he pushes this twaddle here on the forum as if this was REAL!!
I really blame the daft media hype (AND those who help it!) of people who are NOTHING, the Media- no, not New Labour if LTNS is reading - appoint these pointless Nobody`s into Celebrities, Somebodies, and they get therir faces all over the telly and newspapers and they are the faces our young (and our dimwits and our chavs, etc) get to see as Heroes. |
