| I am told by a couple of young colleagues, that non-smokers are actually being encouraged to take up smoking by the smoking ban in pubs. Sounds daft, ok, but, when there`s a bunch of youngsters and they have to go outside (to a sheltered area) for a fag, the non-smokers are left like Billy No Mates to keep the seats inside,twiddle thumbs and get bored... and go join the smokers. Doesn`t seem to be working so well, does it? |

Surley this depends how many of your group are made up of smokers and non-smokers. If there is only one smoker than they are the billy no mates outside in the cold and rain. Whilst the non-smokers can carry on their conversation in the nice warm pub with a drink. |
