| OK, the thing is easier to peel, having less surface area than a few smaller ones equal in weight, BUT, you still have the task of cutting it up into manageable, cookable pieces. This doesn`t sound like a good idea to me at all. I have enough trouble chopping up turnips or butternut squash.... |
