How disappointing. I thought there was going to be a short documentary on How to Make a Good Cup of Tea.

It is certainly starting to look like that isn't it.

You Tube?

Don't go giving LTNS ideas!

Cinematic history will be made by My Visit to Greggs.

Andy Warhol's spirit will be pleased.

INTERIOR. DAY.

"Good morning."
"Good morning."
"What can we do for you today?"
"Have you any danish fresh from the oven?"
"Yes, look we have a new tray of them just arrived."
"How marvellous!"
"Would you like one?
"Yes, please!"

But, of course, this being the London Road, at that very moment there is a beaten-up old Jag spinning out of control, hurtling through the wide open door, flattening a child's double-buggy, and on the sidewalk gunfire breaks out. Ambulances arrive, then squad cars, and, when asked for a statement, LTNS says with a smile, pastry aloft, "all I can say, officer, is that nothing beats a danish from Greggs!"

Tombstone's white panels certainly look like the apparent grim sensation in front of the eyes as death descends.

Good god, lets not have lt posting a youtube vid every 2 mins.

I remember the days before he made the quantumn leap in intellect and didn't know how to post pictures. Those were the days. You could read a thread without having big useless puictures stating the bleeding obvious all over the place.

The amount of bandwith wasted by LT's pictures is enough to provide all of Belgium with internet access. The ratio of pics is roughly:
20% Cartoons from newspapers about Tony Blair
20% Front pages from newspapers about Tony Blair
30% Pictures from Big Brother
30% of whatever shop he's advertising.

What a crock of shit.

These death panels make me think - isn't the hearing the last sensation to go? Even though "dead", the body can register sound for some while. So, woe betide anybody around the bedside who says, "right, that's him gone, let's all go down to Greggs now!"

And to think this topic had gone all quiet until Greggs sneakily hiked up the price of the tea.

We do not speak of apportioning the bare minimum of tuna per baguette and pushing it across the surface to make it look more.
I am sure that all safety procedures are followed in all cases, no short cuts taken to achieve this effect.

Here is a man who has written to Greggs. He does find something to praise while pointing out that, up North, its shops outnumber residents by three to one and that its pasties have the texture of dry skin.

I was certainly unaware of Greggs until LTNS alerted us all to the chain's existence, and it seems that here is something that appears to be a very welcome national joke.

I am extremely surprised that LTNS has not informed us that Greggs has its own brass band. This puts a whole new light on the matter. Greggs Bakers Band.

The London Road store
is a Brighton Local branch.

No time for Bands down here
Greggs are serving customers at this local branch.

Why ever not go for a brass band LTNS ... look they even got a heritage lottery fund grant for it. Heritage Lottery Fund: 16,335

Thinking about it, they could get some of that funding and refurbish the band stand on the seafront.
