Why is LTNS still going on about lemmings when he has been apprised of the fact that Greggs has led to wild civets now?

I beg to differ ... there was a Forfars in London Road long before Greggs even heard of the place! |

Is there any legislation to prevent more branches of Greggs opening in Brighton, Hove and Portslade?
We do not want the places go the very sad way of Sheffield. |

| We will have to think of a mass noun, simply a Baker's Dozen will not suffice ... how about a "batch" of Greggs? |

Is anything called Tetley good in LTNS's eyes?
Is it a quaffable beer?
Or does it taste as though water has been poured over beer bags? |

| Likewise, perhaps Greggs can be closed down for undermining the glorious heritage of the London Road. |

Of Course London Road branch would not need to be open in the Night. All the Clubs and Pubs are more Central.
Greggs will try many hours in many areas of the UK.
That is common sense. |

| Civilisation may be ready for 24/7 Greggs but London Road is hardly civilisation, especially after dark. |

LTNS has so often been emphasising that, in his view, this topic is about the London Road and regenerative miracle which will be worked upon it by all those cups of 75p tea.
But now he seems to besaying that Greggs has failed to achieve that because it is not an area to attract the round-the-clock buzz of a cosmopolitan place, and so Greggs cannot open longer there.
So what will it take for the London Road to gain a more honoured place in the city? Greggs 75p tea has been tried, and it did not work, valiant attempt though some have thought it. There has to be another answer to its parlous state.

Lets get serious.
Greggs is shite, selling fatty shit to poor people. Step forward LT.
It is about as far removed from being an indicator of economic redevelopment as you can get. It might as well be a 99p store on that front. And who cares about the price of a cup of tea in one? Unless you're elderly, poor or unemployed. Step forward LT.
Last time I looked London road still had it's fair share of dropouts, drug addicts and poor people, despite a NEW SHOP being built there. Why? Because they all live there. Step forward LT.
So to recap, scummy shop, scummy place, used by scummy people.
