Here is a view of Greggs in Belgium:

Or, as we say over here, FACTEN.

What does LTNS make of it? Come to that, does Greggs supply a Welsh translation on its menus of such things as it corned-beef pasty?

Which is precisely the reason why I made the assumption that Dutch/Flemish may not be a language you are familiar with

If LTNS takes so cavalier an attitude to the energies which Greggs is expending upon its Belgium outlets, perhaps draining the firm's resources, with an effect upon such branches as London Road, Brighton, then we can only assume that LTNS is equally blasé about whatever machinations Brussels might perpetrate upon members of the EC.

So this is in fact very much LOCAL NEWS.

Yes all the UK knows France is close.
But a Vote on having the €uro would never get a yes vote.

These monks would not take so scornful an attitude as LTNS of the Belgian view of Greggs. They were alert to possibilities in their darkest hour of need.

This poor creature was found by the RSPCA after its owner had fed it upon Greggs pasties and it has now embarked upon the long path to recovery, beginning with the washing of the horrible flakes from the fur.

Is this a Greggs or London Road Kitty?

If not it is seriously off topic.

The picture of the man in a hat is certainly on topic: it is acknowledgment by LTNS that anybody who goes into Greggs is best advised to wear a stockinged mask to cover the shame. No need to do this in Truffles.

Don't cats wash themselves? The fact that this one needs a monthly wash must say something about the state of LTNS's place!

As it is, the cat bears a resemblance to the late Robin Cook, especially those eyes.

Does LTNS seriously expect us to believe that he has worked his way through those vestal virgins? That would take more stamina than can ever be supplied by Greggs' pasties.

Meanwhile, in lieu of that, does he derive peculiar pleasure from sitting on the pebbly bathmat or was it obtained from Poundland for the cat's benefit?

The cat is the key to a subliminal message being sent by LTNS.
The cat is worshipped and cared for by the vestal virgins.

The orange stockings with the bolwer must some sort of fashion statement.

I do not think that LTNS's fashion statements hold up. He has kept boosting Walmart but the woman in charge of Asda's clothing line George has just reisgned because she had lost touch with the market. She was catering too much for those with LTNS's taste, and there were not enough of these. The world has moved on.

Here is a 14-year-old girl's essay about Greggs and her changing hormones' effect upon her purchases. Perhaps these also caused the argy-bargy with the staff which describes.

If you thought the London Road, Brighton was bad, see what this lot have to say about Llanelli in Wales, where the least of it was a young woman being hit by a handbag in Greggs and got not an apology but "the look".

Train journeys could gain a whole new horror dimension.

Greggs has gone into the download business, with ringtones which provide versions of its advert songs, and there is also a Greggs screensaver etc.

Presumably LTNS is signing up for the lot.
