LTNS sounds as if he is stuck in the pit of existential despair. What can we do to snap him out of these doldrums?

Perhaps he is suffering from a surfeit of pasties?

How about a vigorous regime of green tea and gnawing on celery sticks?

He might also enjoy listening to some discs of whale noises. And, at the other end of the scale (so to speak), he could get a fish tank.

It would certainly soothe any troubled spirit to stay away from the London Road, Brighton until the system is in a fit state to withstand anything that such a brutal thoroughfare can hurl in one's direction. It sure is one mean street.

Did that celebrated existential Frenchman Jean-Paul Sartre have a view of pasties in the great scheme of things? I have never heard of them figuring on the menu in his great hang-out, Les Deux Magots.

I think rutabaga is what the Americans call swede ...

Perhaps next time LTNS is in Greggs, London Road Brighton he could ask the staff whether there is any rutabaga in the pasties? That would make him appear a man of the world, pasties a cosmopolitan concern..

In Greenvile, Maine there is a baguette at The Black Frog Restaurant' called the Skinny Dip, with sliced prime rib and it is free to anyone who offers to plunge naked from the restaurant into a lake.

This has been going for three years with two or three jumpers a week. but now its drinks license is due for renewal and some spoilsports have raised the question with the authorities of the free baguette.

I doubt whether a Greggs tuna baguette is alluring enough to inspire anybody to streak along the London Road, Brighton.

Newsflash! Gordon Brown's advisers told him that the Greggs vote was against him, and he has called off the Election. A right old mess he has made of it for himself.

Correction ... LTNS does not care about Americans. I doubt he has asked everyone their opinion for I for one, though I don't care for some, do care for others

There are the Good Americans who jump naked into the lake for a free baguette filled with prime ribs. Newcastle-based Greggs is not as generous.

Greggs on the London Road, Brighton, UK, would do much more for local regeneration if it showed the marketing flair of The Black Frog Restaurant n Greenvile, Maine, USA, where a baguette called the Skinny Dip - full of prime, sliced ribs, much more substantial than tuna and lettuce and mayo - is given free to anybody who jumps naked into the neighbouring lake.

Once again LTNS has ducked the issue and gone off at a tangent rather than consider the excellent example shown by The Black Frog Restaurant in Greenville, Maine, USA,.

If Greggs on the London Road, Brighton is anywhere near as good as that lakeside eatery, then we can fully expect LTNS to streak along the London Road to promote its pasties, baguettes and, of course, the tea which has, sadly, gone up to 80p.

Here is a website for the Black Frog, by Moosehead Lake. There are pictures of the view to enjoy while eating its Skinny Dip baguette.

Hands up who prefer that vista; and hands up those who prefer to look along the London Road, Brighton.

You seem Confused.
Greggs is and has been a TAKE AWAY.
What in the Blue Hell are you on about,
find a TAKE AWAY to compare.
You never seem to make any sense these days.

The Black Frog by Moosehead Lake in Greenville, Maine, USA is perfectly willing to provide take aways.

LTNS is clearly vexed at being trumped by news of an establishment distinctly superior to Greggs, London Road, Brighon, UK - and, once again, he has ducked the question of streaking along aforementioned London Road, Brighton, UK, to publicise the virtues of the 80p tea sold by Greggs.

I think the next Forum meeting should be at the Black Frog!

Something seems to have gone awry with the previous posting and my words have got mixed up with LTNS's.

What a fate!

So here is my reply again to his latest insult!

So what
it is Not a TAKE AWAY.

Greggs is 100% TAKE AWAY
only.

As for the post mix (which it is Not)
that is you rushing to post
and not checking the qoute line.
You can Easily edit it.
And if you do not know how to Edit?
Miriam is great at helping people on that.

LTNS obfuscates.

He has not given an opinion on the view from the Black Frog, Greenville, Maine, USA, nor on the food it provides. So long as the food is available for take-away, it is a take-away! Just as Greggs would remain a take-away if it set up some tables and chairs.

What's more, LTNS has again ducked the issue: is Greggs' food - and tea - so wonderful that it merits customers streaking along London Road in celebration of it?

Once again LTNS has ducked the question of whether a Greggs pasty is so good that that it merits streaking along the London Road in celebration.

How long will it take for Bush's successor to make America visitable again?

For all the reasons I can think of to visit London Road, Greggs is bottom of the list no matter how long it is. Are you claiming that people are visiting London Road just because it has a Greggs on it?

Greggs is a New Vision in Open Front style
Ultra Clean,
making dusty old FoFars look bad.

Even people in Mobile Carts can go into Greggs.
