http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-accused-of-using-kangaroo-court-to-try-men-accused-of-role-in-september-11-attacks-781007.html

On Ch4 News last night
the UK Mother of a Victim
said she wants these in a Proper Court on TV.

Of Course the US Army could never have this in a Normal Civil Court.
This is because they Broke Every Legal Rule to get the statements.

When they put these to Death
Maybe the Van with the Nuke will be used in America.

Many eyes will be in this case as it procedes through the 'process of judgement'.

I don't suppose we have heard the last of it by a long shot. In the meanwhile will Edward Hyde, Earl of Clarendon (1609-1674) may have some bearing of the Supreme Court showdown on detainees

It is precisely because of unconstitutional actions like the passing of the MCA 2006, that the US Constitution grants the right to bear arms to the people of the US.
