May one assume that you imply that the writer of Ezekial is a lunatic with raving visions? In which case may one assume that the whole of the Holy Bible are the writings of raving lunatics.
I am not implying that Ezekiel is a lunatic with raving visions. I stated that it is possible to get similar visions when under the influence of certain mind altering substances.
As for the writings of the bible? Interesting enough but hardly an authority on anything really other then on its own content I suppose and even there it is full of contradictions.
By the way, there are many other passages within the old Testament that could be interpreted along the lines of extra-terrestrial visitations. So if you accept the one as an authority you could also be held to accept that von Danniken was right in substance if not in content. Neither stance I hold to I hasten to add.

Maybe everybody should try the mind altering subtances, so instead of talking about other peoples experiences, you could talk about yours directly, only a suggestion.
