35 year old Shazia Wahab said she is the most Stubborn
she has a BA (Hons)
but the girls last night lost their task only making £195.50 profit
the boys made a profit of £328.00.
All three of these girls should have gone but only one can go
each time.
Shazia with team leader Jenny Celerier, 36
and Lucinda Ledgerwood, 31 (she had cried under this task)
At each others throats in front of Sugar.
Meanwhile the boys had worked as a team
and it showed.
Another bigger problem with the girls was they mixed up
clothes that had to wash and iron.
And broke rules by asking for Tips
even when they had not returned all items.
Shazia was picked because she went off her post
without putting anyone else to cover her
job of checking the items.
Shazia Wahab was FIRED

It is not Tripe like Endemol
more like building a Future or going to the press
after to make fast money then back to a bog standard job.
One former female winner was given a low grade job,
doing old computers - taking them apart,
a typical Sugar test
he knew she would walk and not stick it out.
Sugar has the right Values
but now days many want to not climb any ladder
and think they can last at a top job.
Even without Editors Sugar remains solid
without anything like Evil Endemol
who use people then destroys them
FACT.

Next weeks looks like another crazy time
the Girls think a Bollywood Night
will get more punters into their venue?
The boys have a Chef on their team
so 24 year old Kevin Shaw gets more simple food deals. |

The Task was two pubs
with Pub Food for a day.
Sugar picked the Team leaders this time
Sara Dhada, 25 for the girls
and Ian Stringer,26.
The Girls won with profit of £604.29
The Boys team Lost with profit of £301.97.
Simon with Ian doing the shopping
for the Pub Food,
but they missed many items they needed.
Team Leader Ian took
Kevin and Simon into the office with him.
Ian failed in taking any good control
and Much of the Italian food service they did was running out.
Ian Stringer, 26 was FIRED |

in a Photography Task in a Shopping Mall.
One report claims "Sugar
delivers the most monumentally unfair decision yet."

Simon took Alex and Claire with him into the office

Sugar said he was Out of his Depth on this task.
Helene Speight was the other Team Leader
they sold more Photos in the Bluewater Shopping centre.
Simon feels the Pressure
as the rest of the team let him down
by not doing the photos fast.
Meanwhile on the other team
Helene (right)
is Rude to Lucinda (who is not much good on a computer?)

Sugar set up two teams again.
Bossy Claire was a Team Leader
and her team got the bigger profit £1,455.45
one Ice Cream was Elderberry and Cider.
Sold to a chain of Cinemas.
Lucinda was the other Team leader
they only took £1,273.64.
Jennifer - Lucinda - Lindi
Lucinda took cold shoulder Jennifer
and Lindi in to the office.
Sugar told Lindi she had the wrong idea
letting a small pub have exclusive Ice Cream.
Lindi Mngaza , 22 was FIRED
