What is wrong with loose tea? It is far more flavoursome. |

No sooner had I cracked page one of the mega thread and saved it, I find that it is all now immortalised as a sticky (an state in which much of Greggs's produce exists).
Here is the second post, mine, made soon after LTNS set it all off.
We missed the first anniversary...

Congratulations on the new Greggs thread. Is it the 1st Anniversary of the old one ? Amazing how it has become part of the forum community. Will we be reading about 'new Greggs thread' in the Argus ?
Thought the Greggs topic had been going for a year or so.
Happy Birthday ! |

| Perhaps this thread should be subtitled Part Two so that others know what is going on? |

| I mean it might not be clear to newcomers that this thread is a continuation of the mega thread. To call it Part Two, or something, might make that clear. |

I see that this thread is now ll, Hollywood-style. We might yet see Greggs - First Blood.
Newcomers? Bit by bit. Guess there are a lot of competing sites on the Web, and limited time. Big papers do not always get many people commenting. |

I see that Greggs has a lacklustre entry on wikipedia. And there is no reference to this site in the notes. It is in urgent need of revision.

Wiki can be edited. Can't one of of our more erudite members come up with something?
BTW - I don't like loose tea cause I haven't got a tea pot. Well I have but I keep Mim's spare car keys in it because she can't be trusted not to lose the original set |

| Even with big national neewspaper forums in my experience, there are actually only a few members, the rest being sock puppets; whereas here (I hope) we are all who we say we are. I don't know about anyone else, but it keeps me busying just being myself. |
