No, in the spirit of the new Argus Forum they will apparently be publishing adverts for Viagra and pictures of Britney Spears being caught out instead.

i see that the powers that be on the brighton side have just copied the bradford side (while discussing this new forum with collegue who lives up there.. )
for example

I continue to feel annoyed that the Argus junked the old Forum. Did not even make an archive of it.
This makes me wonder how much will be lost to the future in general.

| Good luck with this forum at least it is well laid out, and really well moderated; the argus have not even sent my activation e-mail!hence can not post!! any way at least this forum will do well,some of the good posters have joined "livewire"(yes I do include you LT,I do enjoy most of your posts)lets hope it does not get spoiled by the idiots. |

I`ve neither the time nor the patience anymore to keep going back checking out the Argus forum, I`m glad to hear other posters here refer to this forum as `our new home` - yes, personally speaking that`s how it feels, and I don`t feel much like an `exile`, though I can well understand that some folks do. I`ll be happy enough to welcome `idiots` and bandy words with them if I feel sufficiently moved to do so, and they may add their own spice to the thing, but I think what Delboy is saying, and certainly what I say, is NOT the `Nasty` idiots. I`ve every confidence that the admin here will be watchful and spot the difference.
(LTNS, remember you and I had some fairly hefty disagreements, way back, but `twas never Nasty. That`s how you rate a friend, surely, someone you can really argue with and still maintain mutual respect?)God help us here if we`re going to end up all agreeing with each other all the time!
Finally, I`d like to know if anyone can tell me, where`s Japonica and Samurai Penny?

Del and Pelagia, I too have tried unsuccessfully to register on the Argus For-e-and-aft-um. Having told me my requested user names had already been taken and my email addresses were invalid, it finally accepted the n-th combination but neglected to send my activation message. I don't feel very well treated by the Argus after several years of loyalty to their website (and I have the paper delivered every day).
