Brown has done a u turn on Super Casino at the surprise of Manchester, a good move I think. Manchester needs proper re generation not quick fixes that will encourage organised crime, he seems to be putting a distance between Tony,s policies and his. Is this a good start?
All crime is organised. If he is so worried about people gambling why not ban fruit machines from chippies, pubs and on the pier. A casino does not encourage gambling as much as kids using the machines on the pier does, close them down...........
