Cheney to get battery for heart device
WASHINGTON - Vice President Dick Cheney will undergo minor surgery Saturday morning to replace the battery that powers a device implanted in his chest six years ago to monitor his heart and deliver a shock if it ever goes out of rhythm.

I guess it is a step up from the NHS method of delivering a shock which is to have a guy with a paper bag follow you around all day, bit of a fibrilation and BANG goes the paper bag.......... |

| All good nazz...no longer "sole" provider though...wife working three days a week this summer as temp for Chicago School system. I believe she is seeking sainthood. |
