Former Pakistan President Bhutto
has returned to her homeland
but Two Bomb's have gone off, near her,
killing over 90, at present - numbers are going up,
she is unhurt by the bombs.
The blast shattered her windows.

Bhutto was in America a month ago
saying how she will stop all these Terror groups.

Of Course this could also be by the
the Pakistan Leader, although he has said he will do a deal with her
sharing power, I think.

The numbers have been steadily rising during the night with reports coming in continuously. The latest death toll is said to be 120 and still rising. The Jakarta Post has cited as many as 126.

I have a couple of Pakistani colleagues. They don`t spout off about the politics there, they are just worried sick about their relatives and friends there.

She expected a warm welcome.
600 degrees was rather warmer than expected.

I was chatting with my wife the night before Benazir left Dubai and we were both wondering how long she would last before some suicide bomber tried to kill her. It was not really that much of a surprise when the blast went off. By the way - on the Middle East version of BBC World News they showed the bomber's head resting on a blood-soaked towel in all its gory detail. Was this image shown back home, or has the BBC been altering its content to compete with the local news providers who are never shy of transmitting the goriest images?

About 12 years ago I took a 30 minute taxi ride through Dubai which turned into an interesting lecture on the politics of Pakistan. Many of the taxi-drivers in the Gulf are Pakistani and this particular driver was a Baluchi and he was very insisitent on letting me know not only how marvellous the Baluchis were overall, but also how terrible, untrustworthy and hateful the Pashtuns were. He was speaking with the bile you'd expect from a card-carrying BNP-er, and he had a surprising good range of English insults. Disagreements between Northerners and Southerners in England seem to pale into insignificance when compared with the deep-rooted hatreds and vendettas that ancient tribal areas of the world produce.

(By the way, did anyone else have a crush on Benazir in the 70s when she was President of the Oxford University Student's Union)

This is her in 1977 ... Sigh!

Valhalla, I am coming!

Yes she has a Strong family trait.

That Image was not shown on western TV.
But NDTV had it
which is on Sky TV now.

I'm glad you've qualified that. I almost mistook them for Good killers. It's good to know what type we are dealing with here.
