He was talking about the Illegal Invasion of Iraq.
And Of course he is back in the House Of Commons.
It is great to have him on a Panel he talks about the Corruption of New Labour. And talks about Iran and what right does Corrupt America have to tell Iran anything.

Galloway is just a loud mouth, no substance politician trying to make a name for himself.
He thought Saddam was a good guy even though he murdered and gassed his own people. |

He can afford to be, he'll never amount to anything like real power in national politics. Just an irritating buzzing distraction from real issues ... a bit like ants at a picnic really or a wasp at a children's garden party. |

Dave you are very Wrong. He was well aware of the Murders by Saddam, but unlike EVIL BUSH and EVIL BLAIR & EVIL BROWN, he knew it would be far better to 'talk' than do a Illegal Invasion that the Iraqi people NEVER wanted.
And if Saddam was their now ,alive, even though he ruled with a Evil Fist it would be "Far better" than the STINKING MESS by those EVIL Americans and UK troops have made in Iraq with a War Zone for 10 years. FACT.
Dave You have very sadly much to learn.

Saddam used Galloway as pawn. He paraded him on TV like the hostages he took in '91
The only fact is that Galloway is a pratt. |

Ok Dave you can join his Hate Club with that American Lover BornInHove.
George knew full well about all Saddams Evils but 'unlike you Dave' George was BANG ON RIGHT about the Million People Murdered in Iraq By EVIL BUSH , EVIL BLAIR and EVIL BROWN.
Saddam alive today would be 100% better than American Mudering Innocent Iraqis, Bush is another Saddam now. Blair is so far lucky to be alive as he is on the Hit List and he knows it.
And DAVE IRAQ had FUCK ALL to do with 9/11 FACT. |

Galloway sucked up to one murdering dictator instead of Bush and Blair for publicity. I really have little respect for any of them.
If Saddam had been left alone he would have still murdered thousands of his own people. Turkey may still have made airstikes as per other topic.
Galloway is just a wannabee! |

So is it a VERY Important FACT that the discovery of fission wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Lise Metner's invention in 1939.What has that to do with the price of apples in Timbuktu?
Galloway was a self serving sprat before and after 9/11 and he will remain a self serving sprat till the day he starts pushing up daisies. He is a publicity hungry sprat that is useful in that he takes the floodlight off the killer sharks with his antics.
Jumping on the Galloway bandwagon just because you detest the Bush/Blair/Brown bandwagon is absurd. |

By 823 votes if my memory serves me right . Hardly a romping success considering the kicking New Labour got all over the place during those elections. |

| Daveb -- although I have talked with George G on a number of occasions, like him as a person (as does anyone who meets him face to face!) but disagree with his "Respect" and "pro-Catholic" eclectic farce, his stand on one illegal war against Iraq and his exposure of the Bush and Blair lies has been exemplary. In the days when the Saddam regime was busy gassing his Kurdish opponents, George was in the forefront of the street demonstrators in Westminster, OPPOSING THE SADDAM REGIME, when the Iraqi foreign secretary was in London as the honoured guest of the British government. Throughout all these years, George cannot be faulted for his consistency -- and although I hate people who try to win an argument by telling me to "read a book", I really think you ought to take the trouble to read his own account of the events to which I have just referred (and which you so ignorantly misrepresent) in his small book "I'm Not the Only One". |

If it is his book why should I believe it.
You are sounding as arrogant as he is.
He very busy with so many other world events does he visit his constituency?

Daveb: Yes, he does get around, but he lives in his constituency, goes to his church in his constituency and indeed on a recent Sunday morning I ran into him in Brick Lane (I was looking at the market, as I often do); he was walking home from mass. A couple of streets away, in Club Row, is his office. Why don't you visit Bethnal Green and explore it for yourself .... after all, why take my word for it. |

Theyworkforyou.com statistics on Gorgeous George( for the past year only):
Has spoken in 6 debates in the last year — well below average amongst MPs. Has received answers to 35 written questions in the last year — average amongst MPs. Replied within 2 or 3 weeks to a low number of messages sent via WriteToThem.com during 2006, according to constituents. Has voted in 12% of votes in parliament — well below average amongst MPs. (From Public Whip) People have made 20 comments on this MP's speeches — well above average amongst MPs. This MP's speeches are understandable to an average 17–18 year old |

Promotes himself like a pop star.
It is simply really. I have an opinion and I do not like what I see.
I also have no wish to go anywhere near Bethnal Green. I worked in Penge for twelve years, that was bad enough.

LTNSquote: you can join his Hate Club with that American Lover BornInHove
Couple of points, El Tee Bag. I think hate is the wrong word to describe what I feel about George. As Anubis's post above shows, he is obviously a very personable chap and when I watched him on Big Brother I can certainly see why he has so much support. The fact that I disagree with almost every word he says on the Middle East does not necessarily mean I hate him. I might see him as a deluded egomaniac who appeals to the more tinfoilhat-wearing segment of the community, but few people take what he says that seriously and his role as buffoon-in-chief of the left seems fairly secure.
Interestingly, the very week Gorgeous George spews his nonsense on Question Time his own "Respect" party seems to be disintegrating with a huge row blowing up between George and his Muslim activist cronies and the Socialist Worker's Party stalwarts who helped kitty-boy set up the party back in 2004. Seems like the red/green alliance is not all smooth sailing.
As to my being a "American lover" - Guilty as charged. Next Jan will be my 20th anniversary since I first met Mrs. BiH and I still love her today even though she comes from EVIL Bush clan-land (although few Southern Californians would agree that that is indeed where they come from, and doubtless many red-state Texans would agree!)
Here's a picture I made a year or so ago during the "cartoons-of-doom-burn-an-embassy" saga:

Not Neo-conservative, South Park Conservative. I'm not as polarised as you seem to want to portray me.
By the way, I think the photo of George you published from the BBC Website has been doctored. In fact, the BBC had got that photo for an upcoming series of advertisements for Greggs featuring top British comedians.

Thus wee pasty wull fill ye up quick! And it's 100% Halal! |
