Takes a few days to set it up.
Even good enough Eco-Moon. He should put his on a hill.
Owners must pay a £4.95 home delivery charge, as the cabin is a little too bulky for store pick-up.

Classic: The living area with underfloor heating
Out of the bokx: The trendy terrace
Airy: An office room leads through to an adjoining light space with glass doors

A £13,000 garden shed on steroids. That will last well in the British climate.
And remember 1666.
I would stick with brick. |

With the Population going up fast and Housing so short, these Eco Homes could be built on old MOD land so the Out Going New Labour Warmonger party should buy 5,000 of them and set them up with a modified outside Brick , in addition, then many of the poor young folks could then buy for Cash.

| Wow ... now that is some step up from the old pre-fabs. Remember the trouble they caused? Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose! |

That is what they said about the old pre-fabs. |

Oh yea because houses made with bricks are immune from fire aren't they
I think it looks quite nice. There are Swedish firms that make log cabins a bit like this, but a little larger. One of those would do me a treat.

| I think it`s quite nice too. I`m just not convinced that the thing is as simple as it`s made to sound. You know the assembly instructions you get with `simple` self-assembly furniture.... |

| So how much do you reckon the whole thing would REALLY cost an individual? (not forgetting the fiver for delivery!) The Land, the Planning Permission, the labour for erection /connection to services and I don`t know what else...presumably the £13 thou (& £5 delivery fee) has to be paid up front, as would all the other costs as they arose. This doesn`t sound to me much like a `poor` person`s option... |

| I think you`d need planning permission to have one in your garden. And connecting it up to `essential` utilities, etc.... |

| Of course you would as well as needing a ruddy big garden to start with. This, at most, will serve as a summerhouse or maybe a teenage hideaway ... |
