You have to get your photo hosted by an image hosting website ... you could try http://photobucket.com/ but there are others out there as well.
Then it is simply a case of:
1 - reply to topic by clicking on Reply to Topic 2 - in the dialogue box that comes up click on 3 - this will bring up [img ] [/img ] and you simply insert the link of the image you want to post between ] [
check preview to make sure everything is how you want it and submit reply.
