It is indeed an insect borne disease .... In 2006 outbreaks of the disease had been confirmed in primarily sheep in the Benelux countries, Holland, Germany Belgium and Luxembourg. In cattle it seems that the disease is generally asymptomatic which means that though an animal may carry high levels of the virus in their system they will not show any signs.

Yes the Weather changes every 20 or so years
also this planet is moving around a Dying Sun
so it will get warmer or colder in strange months.
But Life Goes On.
